BetterPak delivers to most places in Australia. We partner with several reputable courier companies to bring you the best shipping rate. There is a postcode checker at checkout to confirm if we ship to your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

If based in Melbourne, you can arrange with us to pick up your order at our warehouse during business hours. Our address is BetterPak, 16/53-55 Garden Drive Tullamarine VIC.

For all Melbourne orders that require delivery, our team will deliver your order, instead of Australia Post or a Courier Company.

We don’t ship to international locations. We presently only service Australia.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

BetterPak prides itself on the speedy processing and shipping of all orders.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 business hours from receipt of your order and confirmation of payment. If there are items out of stock or a delay in stock arrival at our warehouse, we will contact you.

The prompt delivery of your order is very important to us.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery of your order to most Australian capital cities and up to 7 -10 working days for delivery to most regional areas.
